Hyperspectral imaging opens up a new dimension of visual analysis: Instead of capturing only light in the visible spectrum, Cubert systems analyze the entire electromagnetic spectrum, delivering precise molecular fingerprints of materials, products, and biological substances. This technology goes far beyond conventional image processing—it reveals properties hidden from both the human eye and traditional cameras. Each image becomes a high-resolution spectral data space, where chemical compositions, structural features, and physical states can be decoded in real time.

The Cubert snapshot technology forms the technical backbone of this capability. Unlike line- or area-based scanning systems, snapshot imaging captures the complete spectral image in a single shot—using up to 164 channels ranging from the UV to the near-infrared spectrum. This simultaneous data acquisition is essential for all applications where motion, speed, and time-critical processes play a key role.
