Your Role

You are the link between technology, service, and quality. With your technical know-how, you support our team in analyzing and resolving complex error patterns, ensure clear technical documentation, and make sure our systems reach customers in top quality. In doing so, you combine practical work with a structured approach and clear communication – always aiming to keep our products at the highest possible standard.

Your Tasks

  • 2nd-Level Service: Analyze error patterns, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions – remotely and on-site at the customer.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain clear, standards-compliant documents (manuals, work instructions, qualification, test, and calibration documents).
  • Quality Assurance: Perform incoming goods inspections, product tests, and approvals; prepare meaningful test reports.
  • Communication: Clear, reliable, and audience-appropriate coordination with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, technical draftsman) or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical environment (motivated career changers with relevant practical experience are welcome).
  • Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written.
  • Driver’s license class B.
  • Willingness to travel for customer projects and trade fairs (approx. 4 weeks/year).
  • Strong willingness to learn as well as careful, independent working style.

An advantage

  • Basic knowledge of technical drawing/CAD
  • Basic knowledge of geometric optics.
  • Experience with measuring instruments, calibration, ISO-compliant documentation (e.g., within ISO 9001).
