Sales Engineer (M/F/D)
Play a key role in expanding our sales network and support the implementation of our innovative projects.
Your Role
As a Sales Engineer at Cubert, you collaborate closely with our sales team, playing a pivotal role in presenting our technology to potential customers, developing technical solutions, and expanding our sales network. You serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them from consultation through the successful implementation of our products.
Your Tasks
- Customer Support and Consultation: You assist our customers with technical questions and work with them to find suitable solutions for their applications.
- Product Demos: You conduct demonstrations of our hyperspectral cameras—both online and on-site at customer locations.
- Trade Shows: You represent our company at national and international trade fairs and conferences.
- CRM Management: You maintain and manage customer data in our CRM system, supporting lead generation and project follow-up.
- Technical Support: You work closely with our R&D team to meet customers’ technical requirements and ensure optimal product implementation.
- Travel: Occasional travel to customers and international trade shows is also part of your role.
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics) or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in technical sales, customer support, or technical consulting is an advantage
- You are technically skilled and able to explain complex topics clearly
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel and enjoyment in working with customers
