The next-generation camera

The ULTRIS XMR represents the next generation in hyperspectral imaging, featuring USB3 connectivity for enhanced data transfer capabilities. It offers the highest-ever native spatial resolution of 1 megapixel among Cubert’s hyperspectral snapshot cameras. Operating as a classic VNIR camera, it covers the spectrum from 430 to 910 nm.

ADVANCED HYPERSPECTRAL IMAGING

Go beyond traditional imaging with the ULTRIS XMR. The camera captures 61 spectral images simultaneously, each at 1-megapixel resolution. It enables real-time imaging and video spectroscopy, providing detailed spectral information for a wide range of applications.
Designed for both laboratory and field use, the ULTRIS XMR is easy to set up and operate. Its robust design supports applications in diverse environments, from scientific research in the lab to demanding tasks in the field.

Simple Operation

The XMR excels in various applications, including object tracking, surveillance, and dynamic monitoring. Its versatile capabilities make it suitable for numerous sectors, ensuring enhanced performance and reliability where you need it most.

Leverage the power of AI with our Cuvis.ai software for quick and accurate image classification of different surfaces, even in live mode. This capability simplifies complex tasks, making it invaluable for industries requiring precise material detection and analysis.

Time is critical in many operations. The ULTRIS XMR’s rapid data capture and USB3 connectivity allow for fast image processing, with up to 17 frames per second (fps) in real-time, keeping your projects on track and boosting overall efficiency.

Customization and Adaptability

While the ULTRIS XMR comes in a standard configuration, it is designed with adaptability in mind to meet specific customer needs. Adjustments can be made to the wavelength range, the number of spectral bands, and the lens.

Additionally, the ULTRIS XMR can be configured with the premium ULTRIS X20 model’s filter set. These filters feature a narrower FWHM of 10 nm, offering enhanced resolution for high-precision spectral analysis.

Built on the XMR platform, we are open to evaluating and implementing customizations to tailor the camera precisely to your application requirements.

The ULTRIS XMR in Action

From environmental monitoring to industrial inspection, biomedical research, and defense, the ULTRIS XMR combines detailed spatial and spectral information. Its snapshot technology captures entire scenes at once, enabling the analysis of materials, surfaces, and changes in real time.

Environmental Monitoring

Explore vegetation and surface materials through their spectral signatures. The ULTRIS XMR captures detailed hyperspectral images in the field, supporting environmental research and the observation of changes that conventional color images may not reveal.

FOREIGN OBJECT DETECTION

Distinguish unwanted materials from the surrounding product using spectral information. The ULTRIS XMR can reveal differences that are difficult to see in conventional images, supporting foreign object detection and material classification for industrial quality control.

Biomedical Imaging

Investigate tissue characteristics and physiological changes with detailed spectral data. The ULTRIS XMR captures spatial and spectral information simultaneously, supporting biomedical research into tissue differences, blood perfusion, and dynamic biological processes.

SPECTRAL MONITORING

Add spectral information to the observation of dynamic scenes. The ULTRIS XMR supports real-time tracking and monitoring, helping researchers distinguish materials and surfaces beyond their visible appearance in security and defense applications.
