Cubert’s founder and CEO, Dr. René Heine, remains a significant minority shareholder and will continue to lead the company alongside the existing management team, who are also investing in the company’s future.
This partnership marks the launch of the Emtek Hyperspectral Group — a new platform dedicated to advancing hyperspectral technologies. Cubert will serve as the cornerstone of this initiative, driving joint innovation in research, product development, and international market growth.
